PS........just had a quick look around and you probably won't get me contributing to any dog fighting discussions as I don't like or agree with it. Rather than get into a heated debate, I'll just ignore those aspects of the forum.

Apart from that........it's good to be here and learn about some of the more unusual dog breeds

none of the people here like dog fighting.. nor do i like it.. it is for educational purposes and to understand specific breeds better.. so, it is inevitable

nikki, to further simplify it, the breed that we all love is engaged in this kind of work. to get a clear view of the breed, we have to see where it is and observe how it performs and how it is bred in detail so as to get more and more familiar with the breed we love.. we can't collect a couple of puppies n win some show ribbon and study their status as show dogs.. but having studied what they really are, by tradition, we are supposed to bring them to dog shows and breed them to be more stable with performing abilities should the need be..

and the discussion won;t get heated if you start a debate against dog fighting.. for we'll join your side too! there'll be no one on the other side..

Ya thts true.. non of people here like to see dog dying in dog fights... those fights r just to see where these all working breed stands in capability..
